The MarComm Community of Practice (CoP), consisting of more than 100 members, is an organization that connects marketing and communications professionals working across Lehigh. Members engage in the CoP to develop strategy, collaborate on content, share best practices and resources, and support each other’s professional development.
Four Pillars of the MarComm CoP
- Brand and Content Strategy: Coordination around content theming and brand platform to tell the Lehigh story in a coordinated manner
- Learning and Development: Shared marketing and communication skill-building opportunities through internal knowledge sharing and external expertise
- Peer Support: Build relationships around campus for networking and mentorship opportunities
- Resources: Shared use of tools, platforms and resources to gain efficiencies, maximize spend and identify subject matter/technical expertise
MarComm Committees
The MarComm CoP is composed of four committees, each formed to support the four pillar framework.
Brand and Content Strategy Committee
Goal: Coordinate brand platform expression and content theming to tell a unified Lehigh story.

Google Drive
The MarComm CoP Google Drive is a dedicated space to store, organize and collaborate on shared files and folders. Use cases for the Google Drive include:
- Access to past MarComm event materials
- Resources available to members of the MarComm CoP
Lehigh University Asset Library
Our digital asset management system (Asset Bank) is used to search, download and share images/assets. You’ll want to use Asset Bank for situations like the following:
- “I need a high-resolution image of the Linderman Library for a brochure.”
- “I need to provide a freelance designer with a folder of images to use.”
