Academic Exploration
Lehigh students dive into learning through research, hands-on projects, and interdisciplinary exploration—whether in the field, the lab, or the classroom.
Assistant Professor of Bioengineering, Dhruv Seshadri, is enhancing wearable technology to improve athletes' performance and prevent injuries. His research focuses on refining data interpretation, developing user-friendly analytics, and designing advanced wearable devices for sports medicine and healthcare applications.
College of Health students have the opportunity to share their learning outcomes with others who may be unfamiliar with the topics.
In bioengineering classes, students learn about biomechanics, biomaterials, bioinstrumentation, medical imaging, rehabilitation engineering, biosensors, biotechnology and tissue engineering.
Lehigh’s Intro to Museums class educates students in research, collections management and exhibition planning; education, communication and exhibition design; and special topics in museum and curatorial studies.
EUREKA! Pitch Nights (think ABC's “Shark Tank”) gives students a chance to present their Venture Project ideas in pursuit of fellowship funding that helps them on their entrepreneurial journey.
