Theatre Degree Overview

Lehigh’s undergraduate major and minor in theatre engages discerning students interested in all aspects of theatre studies. The comprehensive curriculum encourages a well-rounded foundation in theatre studies in the context of a liberal arts education.

Students may concentrate in directing/acting, design/technical production, playwriting and theatre history/literature. Extensive hands-on experience in high-quality facilities—the vibrant Zoellner Arts Center—is a staple. The department produces as many as 14 productions each year and places an emphasis on the diversity of its students, faculty and staff as well as the content of the production program.
