Lehigh’s undergraduate major and minor in Religion, Culture and Society is devoted to the academic investigation of religion as an intrinsic dimension of human experience and culture. At its core, Religion, Culture and Society is a cross-cultural discipline. Faculty explore multiple dimensions of diverse religious worlds and the people who inhabit them, employing a wide variety of languages, methodologies and critical theories as interpretive tools.
Religion, Culture and Society graduates bring their unique skill sets to a variety of fields including government and non-profit work, education, business, law and publishing, as well as other disciplines like civil and foreign service and counseling.
