Lehigh’s undergraduate minor in engineering leadership provides all students in all majors with the background and practice to become future leaders. Students have the opportunity to learn from and interact with industry leaders and experts, apply knowledge to solve real-world problems in industry projects, and acquire skills that employers truly value.
Lehigh alumni with a minor in engineering leadership work in a wide variety of fields. The minor is designed to teach students skills that can be utilized in almost any career.
