What do you enjoy most about teaching?

I absolutely love to teach and learn alongside my students! It is exciting to teach future or current educators and education researchers and to reach hundreds of students in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. I really enjoy helping my students to establish a strong understanding of the science of reading with actionable and evidence-based practices that can be implemented in a classroom tomorrow. I look forward to working with the outstanding students in the Lehigh College of Education!

Why did you choose Lehigh?

I chose Lehigh University because of its strong connections with local schools and educators, its commitment to research, and the interdisciplinary focus of the department in the College of Education.
