A Belgium native, Jashari demonstrated inclusive leadership, earning the Ujima Award and other recognitions. Active in many initiatives, he co-founded the Lehigh chapter of the UN Association and was president of the Economic Society and World Affairs Club.

Born and raised in Togo, Afandalo honed her skills as a leader and mentor in preparation for a career in education policy and leadership. Her artistry, similar to her academics, engages in conversations around community building, support and social justice.

As an undergraduate researcher, Yaeger discovered a new mushroom species near campus. He also created the BioBlitz Club for students who want to learn about biodiversity. Yaeger plans to continue his study of fungi as a Fulbright scholar in Peru.

Amolegbe discovered financial hurdles immigrants experienced throughout Africa as he visited Kenya and studied in South Africa. To help, he created Dot Tech Inc., a cash-to-cashless platform for immigrant students within the continent.
