The Vistex Institute for Executive Learning & Research at Lehigh's College of Business is offering 13 new online programs this winter and spring to give businesses the tools to adapt and grow during the pandemic.

“This is not a time for employees or businesses to sit back and wait and see what happens,” said Alison Peirce, executive director of the Vistex Institute. “You want to acquire the tools to make something happen now and post-pandemic."

The new Vistex courses are short online sessions with meaningful yet manageable assignments, allowing employees to learn without taking them away from their flow of work. Upon completion of any one of the programs, attendees will better understand their organizations, be able to create agile plans for the future, and participate meaningfully in discussions with senior leadership, she said.

“We are focusing the first half of 2021 on leadership, management and supply chain challenges,” said Peirce. “These are the skills the business community is telling us that are in demand in this new environment.”
