New Chairs Take Seats

Xiaosong (David) Peng has the Dean’s Chair Professorship and started as the Lehigh Business Chair of the Department of Decision and Technology Analytics this fall. Peng comes to us from C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. His research interests are in operations and supply chain strategy, service and manufacturing technology management, healthcare operations management and empirical research methods.

Er (Eric) Fang, professor, marketing, joined Lehigh Business as the new Iacocca Chair this fall after 12 years at the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In the coming months, Fang will launch the Center for Digital Marketing Strategy and Analytics, focused on marketing strategy in a digital and data-rich environment, customer-driven and business model innovation and dynamic empirical modeling.
