A Day of Service

Skanska and Lehigh staff and students volunteered in support of the Fountain Hill Elementary School Food Bank.

Skanksa, the construction company currently renovating the Clayton University Center (Clayton UC), sponsored a food drive to benefit The Fountain Hill Elementary Food Bank. Skanska and Lehigh University staff and students participated.

The food bank provides food and resources to the South Bethlehem Community.

More information on the Fountain Hill Elementary School Food Bank and its partnership with Lehigh's Community Service Office can be found here.

Volunteers picked up a large commercial fridge at Second Harvest and delivered and set it up at the food pantry, moved two other commercial fridge units to a new location in the building, delivered donations, unpacked existing donations, and sorted food.
