9.25.23: Upcoming Focus Sessions - Inspiring the Future Makers

Dear Members of the Lehigh Community,

Thank you to the many who joined us on September 5 for the hybrid info session as we officially launched the implementation phase of Lehigh’s strategic plan: Inspiring the Future Makers. As part of our ongoing commitment to keep the Lehigh community informed and engaged in the progress, we have scheduled a series of focused in-person sessions this fall for you to learn more about the initiatives as follows.

  • October Focus Session on Leading in Educational Innovation (Bill Gaudelli, Lead)

Date: Thursday October 26, 2023
Time: 4:00-5:00

Location: Whitaker 303

This session will focus on Lehigh User Designed Inquiry, diving deeper into the points shared at the first info session about designing an exceptional student-driven learning experience and culture at Lehigh.

  • November Focus Session on Redefining Deeply Interdisciplinary Education (Terry-Ann Jones, Lead)

This session will focus on how we define interdisciplinary education at Lehigh.

During this session, we will provide a comprehensive update on our progress since the September 5 session. We’ll also highlight two key initiatives in 10-15 minute lightning sessions.
