You are receiving this email because you are required to take a Vault Health at-home COVID-19 test. Our records indicate that you have not yet taken your test.
A negative COVID-19 test from Vault Health is required to move into your residence hall or to participate in athletic activity. If you have not yet scheduled your appointment with Vault Health and you will be living on campus, please be aware that due to shipping and lab turnaround times, your ability to move in may be delayed, depending on your scheduled move-in day. You must schedule your test immediately. Please be prepared to stay home and delay your arrival on campus if you do not have a negative test result in time.
We encourage you to email Vault Health at email@example.com for specific questions about receiving or sending back the test kit and the status of your results. If you have been in contact with Vault Health and have not been able to determine the status of an existing test or have had issues with shipping, please contact us if you have not already done so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have not yet received your test result or we do not have a record of a negative test result and you are scheduled to move in beginning Tuesday, August 18, through Thursday, August 20, we will reach out to you 1-2 days in advance of your scheduled arrival to determine next steps.
Even if your arrival on campus is delayed, faculty will work with you to ensure you can begin your coursework as planned at the start of the academic semester.
Those who cannot delay their arrival will be asked to quarantine until they receive a negative test result.
