Dear Members of the Lehigh Community,
I am deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Christian Mazzariello ’25, who passed away in the hospital after a short illness. During this difficult time, our collective thoughts are with his family, friends, and all those whose lives he has touched.
Christian, from Northern New Jersey, was a Computer Science student in the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science. Christian was a bright light in the university and engineering communities. He will be deeply missed.
Our Student Affairs team has been in contact with Christian’s family and his roommates. We will keep our community informed of any planned remembrances or celebrations of his life.
For members of our Lehigh community experiencing grief, there are support resources available. These resources may provide solace during this difficult time.
We honor Christian’s life and we grieve this tremendous loss together, as a community.
