12.4.20: Required action for graduate students: Declare campus access status

A message sent to graduate students

Dear graduate student,

In order to ensure that your ID card will open the buildings you need to access on campus in Spring 2021, you MUST fill out this declaration of intention (right click, open link in incognito window) by Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Your response here will be linked with Banner and shared with the Ideal Office so that your ID card can be programmed to allow access. If you have declared that you may need to access campus, you will also receive updates on building hours as they change throughout the semester. If you are NOT planning to access campus, please also answer so that we can account for everyone.

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, campus buildings will remain closed through at least January 4th. Some graduate students may be granted exceptions. If you have a compelling need for campus access, please make a request through your department chair to the Covid Response Team at incovid@lehigh.edu.

Because of the importance of this process, you must submit your form before you can access your grades and transcript.

All students living off campus—whether fully remote or campus-access—will be required to provide up-to-date information about their address. All students living in Northampton or Lehigh Counties must participate in mandatory surveillance testing and contact tracing. These students also must abide by university guidelines regarding social distancing, gathering sizes and other safety protocols. Please update your address by going to go.lehigh.edu/updateaddress (right click, open link in incognito window).

If you have any questions, please see go.lehigh.edu/declarationfaq or send an email to emticket@lehigh.edu.

Warmly,

Beth Dolan
Deputy Provost for Graduate Education
