What's on your mind?

We could use a little advice.
I could, for starters. We’re always interested in hearing your opinions, but it’s been a couple years since we’ve done a formal survey, and we’d like to know what’s on your mind. Do you mind if I ask you a few questions?
We’re working on the survey questions right now, and we’ll be sending them out shortly. When you get the survey, please take a few minutes to respond. Your opinions will be an invaluable tool as we plan our alumni programs and services. I’d really appreciate your time, and hearing your feedback.
Your fellow alumni could use some advice as well. You are part of a powerful network, ideally positioned to offer each other support and counsel through tough times. Next month, in cities around the country, we will hold Career Networking Receptions—the perfect opportunity for you to make connections with each other, ask questions, and gather information.
You never know where your next great opportunity might arise. If you’re planning a career move, a CNR is a great place to start. (Our Career Solutions staff will tell you that you should always be planning your next career move.) Even if you’re settled right now, consider attending to make peer-to-peer contacts, and to share your experience and expertise.
By the way, if you’re looking to hire, please strongly consider recruiting among your Lehigh network. You can’t go wrong. You can list your position through the Career Solutions Experience Alumni jobs resource, a great place to find great people for your company, or contact the Career Solutions staff.
I hope to hear from you soon—through the survey, at a CNR, or at some other upcoming event. Reunion is only a couple months away! And if you can’t wait that long, e-mail me at bob.wolfenden@lehigh.edu right now. I am always a phone call or e-mail away.
