Shine Forever: The Campaign for Lehigh

We have reached $252 million of our $500 million goal, and it is already making a huge difference on our campus. As you know, one of the primary goals of this campaign is endowment. We have already raised the most money that Lehigh has ever raised for endowment during a campaign: $123 million. We have doubled the number of endowed faculty chairs and we have tripled the number of endowed undergraduate scholarships created during the previous campaign. As we move forward, endowment will increasingly be the factor that separates the winners from the losers in the highly competitive field of higher education. As I said, we are running strong, and I have every confidence that we will win this race.
