Bush Could Have Limited Fallout From Prison Scandal
Henri Barkey, chair of the international relations department at Lehigh, talked with the Online Journal about the fallout from the Iraqi prisoner scandal and what it means for U.S. relations with the Arab world. Barkey, a 50-year-old native of Turkey, worked at the State Department during the Clinton administration focusing on Iraq and the Middle East.
