Overtime Overhaul Effects Vary
Tom Hyclack, professor of economics at Lehigh, was interviewed for a story on overtime pay. Last month the Bush administration completed a historic and radical restructuring of the rules governing overtime pay. “Instead of hiring as output orders increase, companies are relying on overtime pay, which is part of the deal with the jobless recovery,” said Hyclak.
