Jason Schiffer Named Campus Safety Magazine’s Director of the Year

Schiffer won the publication's award in the higher education/health care division.

Jason Schiffer, assistant vice president of campus safety and chief of police at Lehigh University, has been named Campus Safety magazine’s Higher Education/Health Care Campus Safety Director of the Year. Schiffer accepted the award this week at the 2023 Campus Safety Conference West in Henderson, Nevada.

Schiffer was named a finalist in February 2023 following a nomination from Assistant Chief of Police Chris Houtz. Read more about the nomination process and Schiffer's role at Lehigh here.
