Lehigh wrestler Ryan Crookham ’26 found a new way to spread the Lehigh spirit—a Brown & White Ice Cream Sundae.

The limited edition treat was featured at a meet-and-greet at the Ice Cream Parlor at the Hotel Bethlehem, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where Crookham serves as the hotel’s first “community ambassador.”

Crookham piled chocolate chunks on the creation, which included a brownie, whipped cream, and “Death by Chocolate” ice cream—all in honor of Lehigh’s colors.

Over on the mat, Crookham is one of the top-ranked wrestlers in the country at 133 pounds. He started the season off strong, knocking off the No. 1 wrestler at the time, Cornell’s Vito Arujau, who is the defending NCAA champion and won gold at the 2023 World Wrestling Championship.

Last year, Crookham shared Deferred Eligibility Wrestler of the Year honors, going 8-1 at 133 pounds and winning the Wilkes Open. He is pursuing a financial engineering degree in Lehigh’s Integrated Business and Engineering Honors Program.
