Class of 2004 to live on at Lehigh on books and bricks

As part of their class gift to renovate the garden on the University Center Lawn, each participating senior's name will be etched on a brick in the garden for future alumni to see.
The parents of the Class of '04 can also contribute to the Class of '04 Garden by honoring their seniors with a special gift. For a contribution of $150, a brick will bear your family name (e.g. The Smith Family) and become a part of the Garden, which will be dedicated in 2009 at the five-year reunion of the class. Also included in your contribution, a book will be added to the Lehigh University Libraries in your son or daughter's major field. The front inside cover of the book will have a personalized bookplate with the graduate's name, and his or her name will even be searchable in the online library catalog.
And Dennis Benner, '76, '04P, '07P, Chair of the Parents' Committee, has generously offered to match up to $25,000 in Books and Bricks contributions, which means parents' gifts will double in value.
