In celebration of its Sesquicentennial, Lehigh takes a look back at the people, places and revered traditions that helped make Lehigh what it is today.
Founded in 1865 by philanthropist, industrial pioneer and entrepreneur Asa Packer on 57 acres of land, Lehigh University has grown to include four colleges on three campuses. Today, it serves 5,054 undergraduates and 1,979 graduate students.
