Our UN Partnership Director, Bill Hunter, will discuss our Economic and Social Council status as a non-governmental organization. Join Khurram Hussain (Associate Professor of Religion, Culture & Society) to learn about the Blue Mosque, its history, origins and architecture, and the wide variety of aesthetic and theological influences that went into the making of this "Islamic" devotional object. - Mock Class | M&M’s Color Detectives: Cracking the Candy Mystery Using Statistical Investigation
Location: Health, Science and Technology Building, Room L185
A mysterious, competitive candy company claims that M&Ms are produced in specific color proportions to attract customers through visual appeal. As detectives, our goal is to test whether this claim is true. In this hands-on learning activity, we will collect real data and conduct a statistical investigation using hypothesis testing to determine whether what we observe in the sampled candies is consistent with what we would expect to see. Examining the colors in our sample will enable us to collect evidence and draw a solid, statistically sound conclusion about the validity of the company’s claim.

Join faculty, staff and students as they showcase the Art, Architecture and Design facilities at Mountaintop Campus. They will highlight the woodshop, studio spaces and the fascinating hands-on projects that students are working on.

Explore Lehigh Program: Charting Your Own Course

Explore Lehigh is a first-semester program for students with a wide range of academic interests who want to explore multiple fields before selecting a college or major. Through an integrative course and two additional courses of their choice, students engage with disciplines from across Lehigh’s four undergraduate colleges: the College of Arts & Sciences, the College of Health, the College of Business and the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering & Applied Science. With personalized advising, the program builds a strong foundation for informed, meaningful academic decisions and highlights how fields connect to address real-world challenges.
Intercollege Session

Hop aboard for a scenic drive through Lehigh’s Mountaintop and Murray H. Goodman Campus, the athletic heart of Lehigh University. This guided bus tour takes you beyond our historic core to explore our two other areas of campus.
On the Mountaintop portion, you will experience the serene, elevated setting home to advanced research facilities, peaceful green spaces and sweeping views of the Lehigh Valley. As the tour continues to the Murray H. Goodman Campus, you will get an insider look at Lehigh’s premier athletic complex, riding past Goodman Stadium, the Ulrich Sports Complex, Rauch Fieldhouse and the training facilities where the Mountain Hawks compete.
