  Location: Chandler-Ullman, Room 118
  Join Khurram Hussain (Associate Professor of Religion, Culture & Society) to learn about the Blue Mosque, its history, origins and architecture, and the wide variety of aesthetic and theological influences that went into the making of this "Islamic" devotional object. You will also discuss the relevance of this case to the study of religion in general.

  Start by picking up your building guide in the Tauck Family Lobby and explore the Business Innovation Building. Along the way, connect with faculty, staff and students while discovering our dynamic hands-on spaces. Drop by the Ventures Lab business accelerator, explore portfolio management programs in the Financial Services Lab, and see student resources at the Rauch Center. You can also experience the new Behavioral Research Lab, learn about interdisciplinary pathways in the Intercollege Programs Suite and consult with academic advisors and career experts. Explore at your own pace and see how our community shapes the future of business.

• Mock Class | M&M’s Color Detectives: Cracking the Candy Mystery Using Statistical Investigation
  Location: Health, Science and Technology Building, Room L185
  A mysterious, competitive candy company claims that M&Ms are produced in specific color proportions to attract customers through visual appeal. As detectives, our goal is to test whether this claim is true. In this hands-on learning activity, we will collect real data and conduct a statistical investigation using hypothesis testing to determine whether what we observe in the sampled candies is consistent with what we would expect to see. Examining the colors in our sample will enable us to collect evidence and draw a solid, statistically sound conclusion about the validity of the company’s claim.

  Location: Wilbur Powerhouse
  Wilbur Powerhouse is home to some of the Design Labs most interesting and accessible resources. Drop in to see our laser cutters, 3D printers, Electronics, Robotics Maker Spaces and witness the tools every Lehigh student can access!

Join faculty, staff and students as they showcase the Art, Architecture and Design facilities at Mountaintop Campus. They will highlight the woodshop, studio spaces and the fascinating hands-on projects that students are working on.

There will be shuttles leaving from the Alumni Memorial Building circle at 2:05 PM and 2:10 PM. If you would like to drive yourself to Building C (113 Research Dr, Bethlehem, PA 18015), be sure to arrive no later than 2:10 PM.

Explore Lehigh is a first-semester program for students with a wide range of academic interests who want to explore multiple fields before selecting a college or major.
