Cynthia Kane Appointed NCURA Traveling Workshop Faculty Member

Cynthia Kane, assistant vice provost of research and sponsored programs, has been appointed as a traveling workshop faculty member for the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA).

This highly competitive, multi-year position recognizes Kane’s expertise in sponsored research administration and will enable her to share her knowledge with new research administrators across the country. As a member of NCURA for 18 years, Kane regularly serves as a session lead at national meetings and on the program committee for regional meetings.

In her role at Lehigh, Kane oversees the operation of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, as well as Research Accounting. She previously held leadership positions at Yale University and University of California, Berkeley.
