After a delay caused by the pandemic, construction resumed on three new residential facilities—the Singleton, Hitch and Maida residential houses—and the Health, Science and Technology (HST) Building, which will be home to the new College of Health.

The residential houses have been completed and are available for the Spring 2021 semester.

The 190,000-square-foot HST building is expected to be completed in 2021. More than 4,400 members of the Lehigh community added their digital signatures to a steel beam for the new building. A video was shared online during Lehigh’s Founder’s Day celebration Oct. 2 and can be viewed at go.lehigh.edu/foundersday20.
